Silver Coaching is for those who are committed to a cycling programme and are in need of expert input. Aimed at those who have ambitious goals and want to train effectively with a power meter.
The package includes:
- Initial rider profiling
- Goal setting support
- Periodised Annual Plan
- Nutritional advice for weight-loss and eating healthily for training and competition
- Calculation of individual training zones (power and heart rate)
- Power Profile Testing to establish accurate strengths and weaknesses
- Bespoke Zwift-compatible workouts loaded into TrainingPeaks
- Weekly progress review
- No ongoing commitment
