Silver Coaching is for those who are committed to a cycling programme and are in need of expert input. Aimed at those who have ambitious goals and want to train effectively with a power meter.

The package includes:

  • Initial rider profiling
  • Goal setting support
  • Periodised Annual Plan
  • Nutritional advice for weight-loss and eating healthily for training and competition
  • Calculation of individual training zones (power and heart rate)
  • Power Profile Testing to establish accurate strengths and weaknesses
  • Bespoke Zwift-compatible workouts loaded into TrainingPeaks
  • Weekly progress review
  • No ongoing commitment
